– The Company will provide wash tub services to the Customer in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
– The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any item deemed unsuitable or hazardous.
– Prices are as quoted on the Company’s website or provided in writing.
– Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed.
– Accepted payment methods: list of payment methods, e.g., credit card, cash, bank transfer.
– The Company will arrange for collection and delivery of items, if requested.
– Collection and delivery times will be mutually agreed upon.
– The Company will take reasonable care to prevent damage or loss to items.
– In the event of damage or loss, the Company’s liability is limited to mutually agreed amount or percentage.
– The Customer is responsible for informing the Company of any special care requirements.
– 24 hours’ notice required for cancellation or rescheduling.
– The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding our services.
– In no event shall the Company be liable for consequential, indirect, or special damages.
– These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with West Bengal law of acts.
– The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions.
– By using the Company’s services, the Customer acknowledges acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
– Force Majeure: The Company is not liable for delays or failures due to unforeseen circumstances.
– Indemnity: The Customer indemnifies the Company against all claims, damages, and expenses.
– Dispute Resolution: Disputes will be resolved through arbitration.
– Provide accurate information about items being washed.
– Inform the Company of any special care requirements.
– Pay for services rendered.
– Provide professional wash tub services.
– Take reasonable care to prevent damage or loss.
– Maintain customer confidentiality.
